When will I receive my game?

Orders are expected to ship in early May. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on the way!

Where can I find the Craft-Able version of Lava Run?

You can find the Craft-Able version, including the crochet patterns, printable version, and 3D models, linked at the bottom of this update and included in the rule book in every physical version of Lava Run: https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/louie-s-loops/lava-run-the-craft-able-dinosaur-game/updates/17924

Can I still purchase additional copies of Lava Run?

Absolutely! You should be able to Pre-Order lava run from our backer-kit project page or website LavaRunGame.com. From that page you will also be able to order the game after it’s official launch.

How do I update my shipping address?

If you need to update your shipping address, you can do so through your backer survey until the deadline at the end of June. If you run into any issues, reach out to us, and we’ll help make sure your game gets to the right place!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to several countries worldwide. International backers may have additional shipping fees, which are listed in the BackerKit campaign. Please note that customs or import duties may apply, depending on your location.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

We want to make sure every backer gets their game in perfect condition! If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

How do I fill out my backer survey?

You’ll receive an email with a link to your backer survey. This is where you’ll provide your shipping details and confirm any add-ons. Please fill it out before the end of June to ensure your order arrives on time!

What if I missed the survey deadline?

If you miss the deadline at the end of June, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to include your order, but we can’t guarantee fulfillment after that date.

What’s included in my copy of Lava Run?

Every copy of Lava Run includes a full game board, pop-out cardboard dino pieces, lava tiles, event tiles, and a rulebook. If you backed a tier with extras, your package will also include crafting templates, STL files, or expansions, depending on your pledge level.

Can I change my pledge level or get a refund?

If you need to modify your pledge, you can do so until the survey deadline at the end of June. After that, all orders will be locked in for fulfillment. If you have concerns, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help!

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
